Mark

Managing Director. Mark joined S&R on 10 July 2000 in the capacity of Production Analyst. Since then he has worked his way from Operations Support Manager in Maidstone through to Operations Manager in 2018 at both Rochester and Maidstone sites. Mark has also been the company’s mainstay in terms of Health & Safety and Quality Management.

Natalie

Customer Service Manager. Responsible for ensuring that all our customers have the best possible experience purchasing from us. Natalie started work within the Plastics industry at the age of 17 and has been with Sinclair & Rush since 2007.

Allan

Sales Manager. Responsible for all sales resources in the UK and Europe, Allan joined the business in 2008 as a Sales Executive and has worked his way up through the ranks. Allan has studied Sales Management with the CIM and also the ISM. He has worked in Sales since the age of 17 and still has daily contact with customers and involvement in custom projects. Allan also manages the marketing for the business, working closely with the agencies that we partner with.

Louise

Accounts & Purchasing Manager. Responsible for overseeing and managing both Accounts and Purchasing. Louise joined the team in 2012 as an accounts assistant and has progressed to management recently. Louise has studied with the AAT to obtain her full qualification and MAAT status. She is also a trained First Aider.

Sharon

HR Manager. Responsible for recruitment, training and employee wellbeing. Originally from Cape Town, South Africa, Sharon has been living in the UK since 2001. She joined Sinclair & Rush in February 2006 and has worked her way up from Sales Support to Customer Services before moving on to managing the HR side of the business. As Dream Manager, Sharon assists and encourages our people to live more fulfilled lives both inside and outside the workplace.

Paul W

Now, Production Manager.

Originally, Logistics Manager. Paul is based at our busy distribution centre in Rochester Kent and is responsible for all goods arriving and leaving including Export and Import. Paul joined the team in April 2017. Paul is now our Production Manager – together with Grant on systems, responsible for the running of our Rochester site

Grant

UK Operations Manager.

Grant's role has developed over time he was our Production Manager. Responsible for our Vinyl Dip Moulding operation at our Maidstone based factory. Grant is supported by Shift Managers and Lead Hands due to our frantic 24/6 working patterns. His new role as of November 2023 is UK Operations Manager - he is responsible for systems management across both sites. Grant has been with us since May 2007.

Shane

Engineering Manager. Responsible for maintenance, repairs and installation / commissioning of new equipment at all UK based Factories and Warehouses. Shane has many years experience in the field and is our longest serving Employee, having started in May 1989.

Steven

Logistics Manager. Having joined in 2017, Steven has quickly become an essential part of the team. Responsible for shipping and managing the warehouse at our Maidstone operation.

Tony

Tony is one of our long standing members, joining the team 1997 as Production Support. Tony works in our Maidstone Factory. As of November 2023, Tony is now our Production Support Manager, responsible for the day-to-day management of production staff-related matters.

Jim

Strategic Account Manager. Returning to the business following 7 years away, having originally joined S&R back in 2003, Jim brings industry experience and professionalism to the team. A new role for the company focusing on face to face business development.

David

Territory Account Manager. David comes with a background of over 15 years sales experience in a fast paced Retail environment, 8 of those years in Retail management and the rest in a transitional Retail Banking environment. He joined the S&R Sales Team in October 2016. During David’s spare time he enjoys running, camping, cooking and spending time with his family.

Katharina

Territory Account Manager. Katharina joined the business in 2016 as a Sales Executive and has been promoted to Territory Account Manager, working within a team concentrating on exporting our products to Mainland Europe. Katharina has studied Management and Leadership with the CMI (Chartered Management Institute) in her spare time. Originally from NRW in Germany, Kat has been a UK resident since May 2000.

Nathan

Territory Account Manager. Responsible for looking after customers from around the UK and Europe. Nathan started with Sinclair & Rush in 2016 and enjoys working on custom projects with new and existing customers. One of out more technical Team Members, Nathan is often called upon to help with training and the progression of long-term projects.

Sales Representative. Having joined the company in 2010, Elaine is our longest serving Sales Person in the UK Team. Focused on building strong relationships with her customers, Elaine ensures that everyone is well informed and that the company is delivering on the promises she makes.

Joey

Sales Representative. Having relocated from South Africa where she has accumulated over 20 years of sales experience, Joey thoroughly enjoys working with people and building relationships. She joined the S&R Sales Team in June 2018. Currently interested in exploring as much of the UK as possible, Joey Loves the bush-veld and game reserves.

Ellie

Marketing Executive.

Originally employed as Sales & Marketing Support. The scope of Ellie's support role ranges from Order Entry and Report Generation to cover for the Sales Team and administration and implementation of Marketing Campaigns. Ellie joined in November 2019 shortly after closing her own Recruitment Company. Ellies new official role as of November 2023 is Marketing Executive.

Ashley

Project Co-Ordinator. Ashley has been with the company since 2011 and comes from a background in Technical Sales. Having worked as a Sales Executive for 6 years with Sinclair & Rush, Ashley moved into a new position that was created to help manage the many custom projects that we work on. This role enables us to offer technical support to our customers and improves communication between our Global locations in the fulfilment of the Customer’s brief.

Rose

Part Time HR Administrator. Rose has joined our S&R team to assist Sharon, our HR Manager on a part time basis with all manner of HR Admin duties.

Mark F

Senior Purchasing Co-Ordinator. Responsible for sourcing across the UK, USA and Europe, Mark joined the business in 2012 as a Despatch Operative and has worked his way up through the ranks. Mark is also a trained First Aider.

Millie

Accounts Team Leader. Initially employed as, Accounts Administrator. Millie joined the company in May 2018 and is responsible for Accounts preparation. Millie is currently studying towards AAT Level 3 and plans to move on to Level 4 after completion to obtain her full qualification and MAAT status.

Melissa

Accounts Administrator, Credit Control. Melissa has over 6 years experience in credit control. Her responsibilities are query resolving and managing our credit accounts for UK and Europe. 

Milly

Accounts Administrator. Milly is the newest member of the Accounts Team and has taken a permanent role following joining to help with maternity cover.

Geoff

Purchasing Administrator. Geoff has recently joined the purchasing team. 

Gareth

Despatch Operator. Gareth joined Paul's team in December 2019 and works from our dedicated warehouse in Rochester.

Nicholas

Senior Despatch Operator. Brought into the business in June 2021 by his mother (long-term employee), Nick works in our Rochester warehouse. Nick has now been promoted 2023 to Senior.

Josh

Despatch Operator. Josh came on board in May 2021 to support Steve with Despatch and Logistics in Maidstone.

Wioleta

Wioleta is the newest member of our Despatch Team in our RCH branch. She began April 2023 and her job title is Despatch Operator.

Chelsey

Despatch Operator - Our Newest Member. Chelsey joined in November 2023 and is a relative of Kevin in our Production Team.

Mason

Mason began with us in February 2024 as a Despatch Operator at our Rochester factory.

Stuart

Maintenance Engineer. Stuart has been with us since March 2011 and works across both sites.

Andrew

Engineering Assistant. Andy has been with the company since July 2017 and works on Engineering and Maintenance across both sites.

Natasha

Originally, Tasha was our Shift Controller on the day-shift and has been with the company since May 2010. Now, she has moved to the Engineering department as a Maintenance Engineer. 

Dan

Compliance Officer. Dan has been with the business since May 2007 and has worked his way through the factories, having previously worked as a Production Operator and despatch Operator. Dan managed our Warehouse for a number of years before taking on his current role as SHEQ Officer

Production Scheduler | Maidstone VDM. Abby has been with the business since May 2007 and is another of our married couples that we have working together. She plans all of the jobs for Vinyl Dip Mouldings at Maidstone.

Night Shift Controller. Kevin joined the business in March 2006 and runs our Night Shift for VDM Manufacturing at Maidstone.

Christopher

Shift Controller. Chris runs one our our 2 day-shifts and has been with us since February 2006.

Jacob

Shift Controller. Originally, Lead Hand | Maidstone VDM. Jacob has been with the Company since January 2017 and has worked his way up to Lead Hand on one of the day-shifts. He has since progressed again with his new role as Shift Controller, which began in November 2023.

Aaron

Lead Hand - Tank Cleaner. Aaron joined the Company in February 2007 as Production Operator, progressing to Senior and maintaining our material tanks at Maidstone. Now he is our Lead Hand - Tank Cleaner.

Night Shift Senior Operator. Tamas joined the company in May 2017 and works on our night shift at Maidstone.

Senior Operator. Jose joined us in May 2018 and produces Vinyl Dip Mouldings at our factory in Maidstone.

Henry

Senior Operator. Henry joined in September 2004 and works as a Senior Operator on one of our shifts at Maidstone.

Brandon

Senior Operator Night Shift. Brandon is part of our night-shift and has worked at S&R since January 2016.

Agnes

Secondary Operator. Agnes joined in June 2017 and works on Secondary at our Rochester Facility modifying Injection Moulded and Extruded items.

Senior Production Operator.  Originally, Night Shift Operator. Artur has worked with us since May 2017 and produces Vinyl Dip Mouldings as part of our Night Shift.

Senior Senior Secondary Operator. Steven joined in May 1993 and works with Mark on Secondary for Vinyl Parts in Maidstone.

Livia

Night Shift Operator. Livia joined us in May 2017 along with husband Artur who both work together on the night shift.

Martin

Now, Senior Extrusion Operator, was Production Operator. Martin has been with us since May 2017 and runs our Extrusion Machine at Rochester. Martin has now been promoted to Senior Extrusion Operator as of November 2023.

Paul

Now, Shift Controller, was Production Operator. Paul joined the business in March 2018 as a setter for our Injection Moulding machines in Rochester. Since November 2023 Paul is now our Shift Controller.

Sean

Production Operator. Sean has been with us since August 2014, previously working for a business that we acquired. He works on Injection Moulding at our Rochester Factory.

Damien

Production Operator. Damien joined our Rochester operation in June 2021.

Sheila

Secondary Operator. Sheila joined in November 2017 and works in our Secondary team at Rochester, modifying finished parts with cutting/slicing/printing and mosty running the Over-Moulding process.

David

Senior Production Operator. David joined S&R in July 2021 and produces Dip Mouldings at our Maidstone Factory.

Daniel

Production Operator Night Shift. Daniel joined in June 2021 and manufactures PVC Mouldings on the night shift.

Ana-Felicia

Production Operator. ana works in our Maidstone Factory producing Vinyl Parts, she joined the Company in September 2017.

James M

Senior Production Operator. James has been working on one of our shifts since joining in May 2019.

Laura A

Production Operator. Laura joined in October 2020 and works on Vinyl Dip Mouldings in Maidstone.

Danielle

Production Operator. Danielle joined us in September 2019 working in our Maidstone Factory.

Kishani

Kishani joined the Maidstone Production team as an Operator. She began employment with us on 1st November 2022.

Ruby

Ruby joined us on 17th November 2022 as a Production Operator.

Tiago

Tiago is a returning employee, starting 24 July 2023 in our Extrusion Department at our Rochester branch. His wife is also beginning a position with us!

Joana

Joana, new employee and wife of newly returned employee Tiago. Began with us 24th July 2023 in our Overmould Department at our Rochester branch.

Tracy Y

Production Operator. Tracy joined the team on 21st August 2023 and works in our Maidstone factory.

Madison

Madison is one of the newest members of our Maidstone Production Team and has joined as a Production Operator in September 2023!

Daniel B

Rejoined S&R in Feb 2024 as a Production Operator at our Maidstone factory.

Lee

Lee began with us in April this year as a Production Operator at our MST factory and is now in our RCH factory as an Overmould Operator.

Samuel

Samuel started with us in March this year 2024 as a Shift Controller at our Rochester factory.

Waqaas

Waqaas joined our team in March 2024 as a Production Operator at our Maidstone branch, he has since moved to RCH as an Extrusion Operator.
